By accessing and using our website or booking any of our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms are designed to ensure transparency, fairness, and a smooth experience for all guests.

1. General Website Use
Purpose of This Website:
Our website is designed to provide travelers with accurate information about Tanzania’s destinations, tour packages, safari experiences, and booking support.
Copyright & Content Use:
All content on this website - including text, graphics, videos, and photos - is the property of Ikhwan Holidays Tours & Safaris. You may print or download information for personal, non-commercial use. Any reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use requires our prior written permission.
User Responsibility:
Decisions or travel plans made based on website content are entirely at your own discretion and risk.
Age Restrictions:
Our website is accessible to all, but only individuals aged 18 years or older are permitted to make or pay for bookings.

We reserve the right to update or correct information without prior notice. If corrections affect confirmed tour prices, we will honor the rate published at the time of your confirmed booking.

BOOKING TERMS & TOUR CONDITIONS
1. Payments & Refunds
All payment and cancellation policies are detailed in your personalized Tour Proposal. Refunds will only be processed according to the terms agreed upon at the time of booking.

2. Child Policy

• Children under 12 years enjoy a 25% discount when traveling with two full-paying adults sharing the same room.
• Extra beds or separate rooms for children are charged at full adult rates.

3. Tour Itineraries
Itineraries and accommodations may be adjusted due to weather, safety, or unforeseen circumstances. We strive to maintain the quality and essence of your experience at all times.

4. Hotel Check-in & Check-out
Standard check-in is mid-afternoon. Early check-in or late check-out can be arranged upon request, subject to availability and an additional fee.

5. Physical Fitness & Adventure Activities
Some tours may include physically demanding activities such as:

• Game drives
• Hiking or trekking
• Canoeing
• Cycling
• Nature walks

We recommend guests maintain basic physical fitness. Please inform us of any medical conditions or mobility concerns before booking. Participation is at your own risk.

6. Travel Insurance
Comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory for all travelers. Your policy should cover medical emergencies, evacuation, trip cancellations, delays, and lost luggage. It is your responsibility to ensure your insurance is valid for the duration of your trip.

7. Photography & Media Consent
During your safari or tour, photos or videos may be taken for promotional purposes. If you prefer not to appear in any marketing materials, please notify your guide or travel consultant at the beginning of your trip.

8. Travel Documents
All travelers must carry valid passports, visas, and travel permits as required by Tanzanian immigration laws. While we are happy to guide you through these requirements, we cannot be held responsible for travel disruptions caused by incomplete documentation.

9. Luggage Guidelines
For most domestic flights within East Africa:

• Economy Class: 20 kg checked baggage
• Business Class: 40 kg checked baggage

Carry-on bags are limited and may be weighed. All luggage should be securely locked and labeled. Excess baggage fees are the traveler’s responsibility.

10. Complaints & Claims
If any issue arises during your trip, please inform your guide or our office immediately so we can resolve it on the spot.
For post-trip complaints:

• Submit your claim in writing within 15 days after your tour ends.
• Include supporting documentation such as photos or receipts.

11. Booking Confirmation & Service Vouchers
Once your booking is confirmed and payment is received, we’ll issue a Service Voucher via email or WhatsApp.
This document includes your itinerary and serves as proof of your confirmed services - please present it at the start of your trip.

Liability, Responsibility & Force Majeure

• Ikhwan Holidays Tours & Safaris is not liable for loss, injury, damage, or delays caused by natural disasters, weather, political unrest, government restrictions, strikes, or other force majeure events beyond our control.
• We are not responsible for third-party service providers (such as airlines, hotels, or transport companies) not directly operated by us.
• Participation in any activity is voluntary and undertaken at the traveler’s own risk. Our guides follow strict safety measures, but adventure travel may involve inherent risks.

If we must cancel a tour before departure due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund.
